Terms of service.

1. Booking
A reservation is confirmed only after full payment is received and you receive a written confirmation by email. The party named on the booking is responsible for the conduct of all guests at the residence.
2. Payment
Rates are quoted in NGN unless stated otherwise; bookings made in USD are billed at the prevailing FX rate at confirmation. Payments are processed by Paystack and Flutterwave; iSoZo does not store full card details.
3. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days the first night is non-refundable. Within 48 hours the booking is non-refundable. Specific reservation terms (e.g. non-refundable promotional rates) override this; the binding terms appear on your booking confirmation.
4. House rules
No parties or events without written consent. No smoking inside any residence. Quiet hours 22:00 to 07:00. Damage caused during a stay (beyond reasonable wear) is chargeable.
5. Liability
iSoZo is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings inside the residence, except where caused by our gross negligence. We carry public liability insurance for incidents on the premises caused by our operations.
6. Disputes
Reach out first — most disputes resolve in a single WhatsApp thread. If a formal complaint is needed, email support@isozoapartments.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; any unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Lagos State courts.
