What we collect
When you book a stay we collect your name, email, phone number, payment information (handled by our payment processors — we do not store full card details), arrival and departure dates, government-issued ID for KYC where required, and any preferences you share with the concierge.
Why we collect it
To confirm your booking, send check-in details, process payments, contact you during your stay, and meet our legal and KYC obligations. We do not sell guest data, ever.
Who we share it with
Payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave) for the transaction. Channel partners (Hospitable, Airbnb, Booking.com) when you booked through them. Cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Microsoft 365) used to operate the platform. Each is bound by their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are retained for the period required by Nigerian tax and consumer protection law, typically seven years. WhatsApp and email correspondence is retained for two years unless you ask us to delete sooner.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). Email support@isozoapartments.com and we will respond within 30 days.
