The questions guests ask most. For anything else, the concierge replies on WhatsApp within four minutes.
- How do I check in?
- On the morning of arrival, you receive a one-time door code via WhatsApp and email. The concierge meets you on request.
- What is included in the rate?
- High-speed wifi, daily housekeeping (on stays of 3+ nights), 24-hour power, a stocked welcome basket, and direct WhatsApp access to the concierge. Airport pick-up can be added at booking.
- How do I pay?
- Card payments via Paystack or Flutterwave at booking, in NGN or USD. Bank transfer on request for longer stays. We do not collect cash on arrival.
- Can I extend my stay?
- Yes — message the concierge and we will check availability and adjust your invoice. Same-night extensions usually fine, weekends sometimes need a unit swap.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days, the first night is non-refundable. Within 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable. Specific reservations may differ — see your booking confirmation.
- Are pets allowed?
- Some residences yes, some no. Mention it at booking and we will route you to a pet-friendly unit.
